I recently started investing in Search Ads and they seem to be working for the keywords I’m targeting. I’m getting almost 8x the daily downloads (16) I received without ads but was wondering when I’d start seeing a shift in ranking for my target keywords in organic search. I’ve gone up a few placements in 3 days, which is nice but I’m in the top 30 range, where I’m assuming my competitors are falling within 2-3 downloads a day, which is where I was before ads. From what I’ve been reading, the algorithm usually wants to see a consistent streak of downloads amongst other things before you see a positive change. Does anyone who’s used ads and benefited from downloads recall seeing a major boost in ranking?
