I shipped my app a few months. Vercel deploy, GitHub repo, the whole thing done in a weekend.
Traffic came in from a few posts. People were landing on the page and then leaving.
I had no idea why. I didn't know what a conversion funnel was. I didn't know what A/B testing meant, and CRO felt like something I didn't need yet.
So I started building Varium. An AI that does all of that automatically for vibe-coded apps. I built the current landing page with lovable, but plan to clone the repo later and develop it more in depth with Codex. (Pro tip for UI btw; use Google Stitch. If you give lovable an image, it does an amazing job just copying it!)
Here's how it works:
\- You connect your GitHub repo and Vercel project (OAuth, two clicks)
\- You paste a one-line PostHog snippet into your app's
\- The AI watches where visitors drop off, pulls the relevant component code from your GitHub, and generates an improved variant with a better headline, a clearer CTA, tighter value prop, whatever it thinks is needed.
\- You approve it, it deploys as a branch, and Vercel runs the A/B test
\- After enough traffic, it tells you which version won
You don't touch anything after approval. You don't need to know what a p-value is.
The whole thing is built for people who built their app with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0, basically people who can ship but don't have time to become conversion experts.
The waitlist is open at variumai.com if this is a problem you've experienced. I'm trying to get validation for the idea before I go all in. Would love some honest feedback!
Just curious if others here have hit this wall. You ship something, get some visitors, and then aren't sure what to fix first.
